Our national event
Considering the school timing and examination the program will be arranged on 21 April or 27 April. It will also depend on the availability of expected politicians and policy makers. As the Global Action Week is from 21 to 27 April, we are planning to organize the event in a suitable time during the week or prior to the week considering the local situation and depending on availability of selected guests and policy makers.
Our media campaign
We have planned to work with both print and electronic media during this week.
We will publish Supplements, Open Appeals in the national newspaper highlighting the demands for quality teacher and quality education.
50,000 posters (focusing GAW-2013 theme) and 50,000 leaflets (focusing our demand) will be produced and disseminated to raise mass awareness and drown attention of policy makers.
As a part of raising awareness among the grass root level, we will involve folk media through the partner NGOS. Partner will arrange popular theatre show, folk song etc. at different places during GAW focusing the theme.
